Pet Crawlers

Pet Crawlers

Dogs belong on the floor, on all fours.

Make sure they stay there, with a pet crawler. Each limb is kept folded double with a combination of a mitt/boot and a tight leather binder which slides over the elbow or knee. Lined in leather, with laces on two sides and a belt to cinch everything tight, it takes a while to strap someone into one of these. But once they’re there, you get to enjoy watching them hobble around. The joints are extra padded to offer comfort even on hard surfaces.

This is not an easy restraint to wear. To ensure your sub can walk around on their elbows and knees, the restraints need to be done up tight. This means that, depending on flexibility, circulation can be reduced which can eventually lead to numb fingers. Don’t leave your sub in a pet crawler for more than 1-2 hours, and never unattended. When released, take your time and unfold the limbs slowly.

  • These restraints were designed by me, but are made by a tailor I work with. Half a dozen design iterations have allowed me to home in on a restraint I’m proud off.
